Once your purchase is lodged with Australia Post, Vlume Beauty is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. If your parcel goes missing, you need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post HERE. In the event your parcel is returned to sender, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If your order hasn’t dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting vlumebeauty@outlook.com during Monday-Friday business hours. If the order has been dispatched, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the returns process outlined HERE.

Eligibility Criteria:
For a trouble-free return, ensure your item is in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Remember to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

Vlume Adhesive
Vlume Adhesive performs best at 20–24°C with 50–65% humidity for optimal bonding and retention.
It has a fast drying time of 0.5–1 second, giving you control and speed perfect for classic and volume sets.
Yes! Vlume Adhesive has low fumes, making it a gentler option for sensitive clients. We still recommend patch testing for anyone with known sensitivities.
For best performance, use within 4–6 weeks after opening. Always reseal tightly and store correctly.
Unopened, Vlume Adhesive can last up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
Vlume Bonder
Vlume Bonder is designed to lock in adhesive bonds, improve lash retention, and reduce irritation. It works by curing the adhesive from the outside in, increasing flexibility and helping extensions stay in place longer.
Apply the bonder at the very end of your lash set. Use a microbrush to lightly dab it along the bonding points where the extensions meet the natural lashes. No need to rinse — the bonder cures the adhesive and seals the bond.
Use a minimal amount — lightly dab along the bonding points without oversaturating.
Yes, our bonder is formulated to be gentle and low-irritation. It helps minimise fumes and can be especially helpful for sensitive eyes. However, we always recommend patch testing when working with clients prone to sensitivity.
Absolutely. By curing the adhesive faster and adding flexibility to the bond, bonder helps lashes withstand daily wear and tear — leading to better retention between fills.
